미나리 minari

미나리는 한국의 허브이다. 언제 맨 처음 미나리를 먹어 보았는지 기억이 나지 않는다. 어슴프레 기억을 하는 것은 어쩌다가 알게 된 미나리 맛은 꽤 놀라웠다는 점이다. 신선한 맛이라고 해야 하나. 숙취와 변비와 고혈압을 완화하는데 좋다고 한다.
