Woo Young-woo is just a lucky girl. It's not a very empathetic story for families with autism. Just, a weak human being stands tall in the world and knows how to make her own voice is ㄹenough to impress. And it was even better that Park Eun-bin's acting as the main character Woo Young-woo was not exaggerated. Woo Young-woo herelf is so much that I can't think of any other actor.

우영우에 대한 묘사는 고래, 몰입, 주변을 의식하지 않는 동작, 남의 말 따라하기, 어조의 단조로움 등이다.

딸래미가 보자고 하여 점심을 같이 먹으면서 첫번째 에피소드를 다 보았다.

자폐 스펙트럼 장애를 가졌는데, 피는 못 속여서 매우 탁월한 지적인 능력을 보이는 우영우.

- 고래에 대한 집착.

고래에 대한 해박한 지식, 깊은 애정, 모든 사물들과 현상을 고래의 생태계와 생리에 빗대어 생각한다. 어느 한 곳에 몰입하지 말고 생각의 전환을 하다보면 유레카의 순간이 온다. 그런데 그 생각의 전환을 위한 마음의 도피처 내지 마음의 쉼터는 내가 평소에 몰입하고 애정해 마지 않는 것이면 더더욱 좋다. 사람들은 자신의 생각과 경험에 비추어 판단을 한다. 우영우의 경우 고래가 가장 큰 생각의 기준이다.

몰입도가 타인에 비해 뛰어나다고 볼 수 있다. 물리적으로, 정신적으로 약한 자신을 보호하기 위한 보호 장치가 될 수도 있으리라. 그 몰입은 고도의 성과로 나타난다.

'몰입'과 연장선상에 있는 것이라 할 수 있다. 낯선 상황에서는 파악을 위해 몰입을 해야 하고 그러기 위해서는 무의식적으로 드러나는 동작들이 있다. 빙빙 서성거리는 것, 어딘가에 들어설 때 다섯을 세는 것, 외부의 소음을 안 들리게 하기 위하여 연거푸 귀를 손으로 막는 동작 등이 그것이다.

자폐증 환자 중에 특출난 재능을 가진 사람은 그렇게 많지 않다. 그저 자폐를 가진 사람이고 이 세상의 한 부분이다.

천재들은 대부분의 삶의 모습이 정상적이지 않고 오로지 특정 분야에서 뛰어난 것으로 묘사된다.

이 드라마는 우영우가 '천재'로 그려진다.

천재는 갑자기 뛰어난 영감이 떠올라서 작품을 일필휘지로 만드는 사람, 괴팍한 성격, 공감성의 부족 등으로 나타난다. 하지만, 살아오면서 그런 천재들은 쉽사리 잊혀지지 않았던가. 역사 속의 천재들은 후대의 사람들이 환상을 가지고 과대포장했던 것이다. 대부분의 천재들은 과제집착력을 가진 꾸준한 노력꾼들이다.

우영우는 그저 행운아라고 말하고 싶다. 자폐증 환자를 둔 가족들에게는 그다지 공감력이 높은 이야기는 아니다. 그저, 약한 한 인간이 세상에 우뚝 서고, 자신의 목소리를 낼 줄 아는 것으로도 충분히 감동을 줄만하다. 그리고 주인공 우영우를 맡은 박은빈의 연기가 과장되지 않아서 더더욱 좋았다. 다른 배우가 생각나지 않을 정도로 우영우 그 자체이다.
